Route to Plakias from the mountains

Motorcycle ride to Plakias from the mountains of Sfakia and Rethymno, following the amazing route Kallikratis - Myriokefala - Kotsyfos Gorge. Stop for a coffee in Askyfou at the cafe of Tsitsiridis and later at the radar point, which is almost on the road going up to Asfendou, for the views and photos. Unfortunately, the fog didn't help.
Return via secondary roads on the west side of the Prefecture of Rethymnon. Interesting, but less impressive than the first part of the route.
We enjoyed a cafe at the grill - Stavrodromi cafe in the village of Agios Andreas, where they also serve excellent sweets. Highly recommended.
